Here at Champagne Family Dentistry, we’re excited for 2013, and we wanted to take a moment to share our new year’s resolutions with you. And, we’d love to hear yours! Maybe we can help keep each other on track!

Our Resolutions!

Dr. Jason: spend more quality time with my wife and daughters.

Dr. Drew: learn to play my mandolin.

Dr. Larry: to make healthier choices in life and reduce my Starbucks intake by one cup per week!

Dr. Cariann: to make time to read 1 book per month.

Dr. Zeff: to cook more dinners at home.

Dr. Guillen: organize my paperwork better.

Dr. Rores: get back into bikram yoga.

Doug: get in better physical and mental shape- more workouts, less food and alcohol intake and more balance.

Kim: stick to going to the gym.

Jenny P: train for a half marathon in march and ride my horse!

Vanessa: eat healthier.

Tracee: eat healthier.

Tami: exercise more.

Jenna: stick to a routine- working out, bringing a lunch, oral health (ie. MI PASTE religiously) so that everything else falls into place around that.

Lauren: to do things out of my comfort zone.

Teresa: to make a little more me time.

Laura: stay healthy.

Lynette: I try not to make resolutions, live life every day and every year enjoying every breath you take and being thankful for everything that comes your way both good and bad.

Terri: try to relax a little.

Griffin: to be a more active person.

Jill: go out for a walk everyday.

Annie: to get my non-profit organization up and running.

Ginger: get back to the gym.

Jenny M: spend more time with family and friends.

Ashly: help the less fortunate more by donating my money and time.

Amanda S: I would like to upgrade and personalize my new home and continue working on eating more healthy and getting fit.

Jeannine: to be more patient in my personal life and lose 10lbs!

Mariela: to become a healthy person and spend time with my loved ones!

Karina: continue on my road to healthiness, be more thankful and lead a happy life.

Lyndsay: I will run five 10Ks and learn treatment side of pediatrics. I would also love to be as happy as my dog.

Pam: to say “thank-you” a lot more.

Amanda M: to become a more healthy person mentally and physically and to have better time management.

Nikki: work on my eating habits, go to the gym and practice balance in all areas of my life.
