Fall is here and we wanted to give you a list of fun outdoor and indoor events in the Reno region to enjoy. From seeing the leaves change to the Great Italian Festival, Northern Nevada is offering a ton during the month of October.

Eldorado Great Italian Festival

The Eldorado Great Italian Festival transforms downtown Reno into Little Italy with a grape stomp, wine walk, an Italian farmers market, food booths and incredible free, live entertainment all weekend long. Fall Fish Festival

Want to get out of Reno and enjoy crisp mountain air? The annual Fall Fish Festival at Taylor Creek in South Lake Tahoe, California is taking place on Oct. 7-8. Visitors can learn about the spawning behaviors of the Kokanee Salmon along with a peaceful ½ mile loop on the Rainbow Trail.

79th Annual Nevada Day Parade

Join Nevadans for the 79th parade to celebrate 153 years of statehood on Saturday, Oct. 28 starting at 8 a.m. in Carson City, Nevada. This year’s parade will take an in-depth look at Nevada’s diversified Arts and Entertainment Community.  From Petroglyphs left by the Native Americans to Arts Cars roaming around the Black Rock Desert during the Burning Man Festival, Art and Entertainment of Nevada will be celebrated.
