Pam Baer - Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant
Pam was born and raised in Gardnerville, Nevada. She graduated from TMCC dental assisting program in 1997 and has 11 years of experience in pediatric dentistry. Pam has been married for 17 years and has two beautiful daughters and a new puppy! When Pam is not outside enjoying the nice weather, her favorite place to visit is Disneyland.

Karina Heaivilin - Dental Assistant
Karina has been a patient of Dr. Larry Champagne since she was three years old. The great dental experiences gained over so many years inspired Karina to become a part of the dental profession. After earning her dental assisting certificate from TMCC in 2010, Karina joined CFD working for both the pediatric and general practices. Her goal is to educate the children on the importance of oral health while making the visit a fun and positive experience.
When not working in the office, Karina enjoys kickboxing and playing with her two dogs, Bear and Fate.

Laura Golish - Dental Assistant
Laura has been working in dentistry for over 8 years and been with Champagne Family Dentistry for one year. She chose a career in dentistry because she feels that healthy teeth are the foundation of a healthy body. She loves the opportunity to educate children on the proper way to take care of their mouths. Laura is married and has two children, Jackson and Leah. Away from the office, Laura enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Tahoe and drinking her Starbucks Coffee!!

Ashley Mills - Dental Assistant
Ashley grew up in Beatty, Nevada. She moved to Reno to pursue a career in dentistry and now has over 5 years experience. She was recently married to Sparks local Jonathon. In addition to working with the kids and helping them get into good dental habits early, she likes some of the cute and hilarious things she gets to hear from them throughout the day. When not at work, Ashley enjoys playing volleyball, camping, riding rollercoasters, and baking.
