Comments:ARROGANT....one of the worse experiences I have had as a parent in a professional setting...My three year old was going under some pretty extensive work...she had never had work done before...only one of us parents were aloud to go back with her so my husband went....I thought I heard her screaming about an hour later...so i stood up to listen...I sat back down text my husband and waited....about 10 minutes later this lady came out and introduced herself As the Dentist....she sternly asked me if I was nervous...when I expressed to her that that my husband and myself had driven an hour and a half and took the day off work to be with our daughter she told me there policy only allows one parent at a time to go back with their child....Although I saw two sets of parents leave with their children..."she told me that was different"...then she proceeded to ask me "If I trusted my husband". I became more upset after this comment....after the conversation the dentist told me I may be more comfortable with another Dentist....My daughter is three I was worried for her and the Dentistquestioned my husbands ability as a father and judged our character instead of welcoming my concern...the unprofessionalism and rude behavior displayed by the denstist left me with anxiety on what to do until I googled other dentist and found this Dentistry is rated number nine and they are number nine for a reason.....i hope this leave other parents researching other dentist office before choosing this place....
